All products have been carefully selected, tested, and improved to give you the best cell manipulation experience! The mmi CellEctor Plus needs a high quality glass capillary for optimal cell collection. The capillary has a 45° highly polished beveled edge for use in two distinct modes - The first is for the collection of non adherent cells where the bevel is presented parallel to the cell
- The second is where the capillary is rotated 180° and the orientation reversed and the capillary is then needed to scratch cells adhered to
In order to easily recognize the orientation of the pipette a mark has been added to add the initial position in the mmi capillary holder. It is placed on the side where the tip is sharp and pointing. These pipettes have been designed specifically for use with mmi CellEctor Plus guaranteeing easier use and better performance.

This pipettes are designed for translocation of single living cells. The tip is fabricated in a way that minimizes the danger of cells adhering to the glass tip. The very sharp 45° beveled tip is designed to remove cells that adhere on the ground of your cell dish. (Product 80105)

An 8-well slide to store solutions is necessary to wash the pipette before and after use. The mmi Service Slide has the right dimensions to fit into the mmi CellEctor Plus. Do not use other products than recommended because the dimensions of all consumables and machine parts have been approved by MMI. Cells can be transferred into tubes with the mmi CellEctor Plus. The cells are transferred into an empty cap. Afterwards, cap and tube are brought together. The mmi CapStripes are delivered together with the corresponding 0.2 ml tubes and are cut into individually pieces by user. The single caps are inserted into the mmi CapHolder before use.
